Head to flovato.com and click "Get started". Enter your business name and choose your web address — that's the link customers will use, like yourcompany.flovato.com. Then sign up with your email or your Google account.
You'll be asked for a card. The plan is free for 14 days, and on day 15 your card is charged for the Starter plan and service simply continues. Cancel before then from your billing page and no plan fee is charged. We email a reminder three days before the first charge.
Add-ons start with your plan. A phone number and the one-time registration that turns on business texting are not available during the trial — a number is a real line reserved in your name, so it begins when your plan does. You can build your phone robot in the meantime, pick its voice and hear how it answers; claiming the number is the last step. Once your plan is running, each add-on shows its price before you confirm.
Plans are a starting point, not a commitment — you can change them later as your business grows.
